@ddeepdas@snehamordani time & time again, protests led by so called "student unions" has always led to brutality, arson & damages directed particularly to the non-tribal community. For how long will this go. Hope editorial teams @IndiaToday@IndiaTodayNE report. India needs to know.
After Galwan, now Arunachal Pradesh?
Disturbing reports suggest that China is attempting to push further into areas in Arunachal Pradesh, an inalienable part of our nation. This demands immediate answers from the Modi Govt.
▪️ Has the PLA expanded its presence near Taksing and has India lost regular access to Shera-5, a designated Patrolling Point?
▪️ Why is Indian patrolling reportedly limited during winter in this sensitive sector while the PLA maintains a year round presence? Why are traditional grazing and hunting grounds becoming inaccessible to local communities?
▪️ Has the pre-May 2020 status quo ante in Eastern Ladakh been fully restored? The BJP is culpable in hiding facts about situation on the ground and taking Parliament into confidence whether India retains full access to all areas and Patrolling Points it accessed prior to May 2020.
Let us not forget that after 20 of our brave soldiers made the supreme sacrifice in Galwan in 2020, none less than PM Modi gave China a “CLEAN CHIT”, emboldening their transgressions! That record inspires no confidence.
The Prime Minister, Defence Minister and Home Minister must answer the nation.
We have complete faith in the courage and capability of the Indian Armed Forces. India stands firmly behind our soldiers and united against any Chinese aggression.
@AnfieldWatch Respect Hendo. He’s a legend of the club and has every right to join a club that can offer him a good pay check in the twilight of his career
During Kargil war in 1999, Pakistani army used personnel from their Northern Light Infantry (NLI) Regiments and a handful from Sindh Regiment. They were sent without uniform in guise of "mujahideen" to occupy territory.
NLI troops are drawn from different parts of PoJK (Azad Jammu Kashmir in paki terms) and usually Shia.
During the war, many of their forward positions were left without any sort of logistical or fire support, effectively letting them die alone and without any help. After the war, Punjabi sunni dominated Pakistani army refused to acknowledge them as regular army personnel or accept the return of their bodies. The Indian Army subsequently buried a number of the fallen with military honours.
27 years later, same Pakistani army is massacring same people they disowned in 1999 war, The fact that most of it happened during same months as Kargil war happened seems quite ironic.
Photo 1: Protesters display spent cartridge cases collected after just two days of firing by Pakistani security forces in one city. Imagine the causalities if even 5% hit someone.
Photo 2: Indian Army personnel bury Pakistani soldiers killed during the Kargil War after Pakistan declined to accept their bodies.
Heart of the matter. Far too many Indians can no longer envisage a reasonable economic future for themselves. Always a good idea to read @kaul_vivek and understand the economics of this moment. https://t.co/nOpaEmvYQ4
Dear students of India, after all this settles down, please ask accountability from your parents too. They are the ones who chose and will again choose this poisonous govt. Revolution must start from home.
Extremely disappointed with @FederalBankLtd virtual KYC onboarding process facilitated by @INDmoneyApp. The process is unfriendly for senior citizens and those who aren’t IT savy.
When Anna Hazare staged his so called protest, movie stars flew to Delhi to cheer him on.
Why are they ignoring Sonam Wangchuck who Bollywood has immortalised onscreen?
Because it was easy to call a democrat like Manmohan Singh names.
Not so easy now, is it?
South Korea's "Miracle on the Han river" (rapid industrialization, mass literacy & urbanization) occurred before democratization. Similarly Japan underwent Meiji era modernization & achieved high literacy before its post WW2 democratization. While in India, the masses were given the power to vote before they were even civilized, it was like giving guns to chimps. Now these same masses elect their corrupt & thuggish caste overlords in every election & the vicious cycle continues
'Telegram Ban’ -
WhatsApp?
