@jlanzone Hey Jim, I got banned yesterday on tinder for whatever reason. I know tens of thousands of your users if not more have been banned as well with little or no explanation. I was wondering if you think its a good business model to ban users without any chance for an appeal process

@Tinder i got banned for some reason and i’m pretty sure it was a mistake. i’ve tried contacting customer service but haven’t received a reply. Could i get some help?
