1.) Co-owners of a business are not supposed to verbally abuse teenagers who are paying customers until they cry

2.) Adults are not supposed to verbally abuse any teenager until they cry whether they are paying customers of the businesses they own or not.

3.) Then again, no one is supposed to show up to a public event dressed in hate insignia (XX-XY Athletics) amidst an ongoing genocide (of misgendering) holding signs (“Thank You, Sophie”) that invalidate the identities of a marginalized group (“Trans Women”) by supporting a player who just spoke out in favor of forcing members of that group out of sporting competition without expecting vigorous counter-speech.

4.) So the question is this: Is the 80 percent of the public who supports ensuring that only female people should compete in women’s sports because only female people are women factually and morally correct? (They are.)

Or is the 20 percent of the public who believe that “trans women are women” and therefore any man who says he is a woman should be regarded and treated as a woman morally and factually correct? (They are not.)

5.) The problem cannot be resolved without reference to the ontological claim upon which the entire project of transgender inclusion and transgender rights rests. (Trans Women are Women.) Are "trans women" not actually women but instead men claiming to be something they are not and can never be? (They are.)

And if this reality determines the outcome of the project of trans inclusion in sports, must it necessarily determine the outcome of trans inclusion in all other domains? (It must.)

6.) The problem for the ruling institutions of the Western world (and those subject to their power) is not that they have chosen the 20 side of an 80/20 issue -- it is that they have chosen to deploy their powers to shape reality and establish a regime of truth and morality in furtherance of a false claim ("trans women are women") that is a self-evidently false claim that can only be propped up by a war on truth and reality that can only be won by campaigns of re-education aimed at the youngest children and by campaigns of repression aimed at destroying the right held by each individual to say what they know to be true and not be coerced into saying what they know to be false.

7.) That the WNBA of all institutions disciplined one of its own owners for verbally abusing a teenage girl until she cried for supporting a woman who opposed transgender inclusion marks a key limit on how far the private sector will go in repressing the public for defying transgender dogmas.

8.) If the Democrats return to power and pass the Equality Act, everything flips in an instant.
