@virginmedia the activision issue on call of duty black ops 7 / warzone is a separate one. I have been trying to play call of duty black ops 6 since 7pm and unable to connect. Please can this be looked into, as it’s a wider issue with Virgin across all call of duty games.

@virginmedia No just an intermittent signal but that wouldn’t affect being able to play call of duty.

@HMRCcustomers Hi Sofia, they advised that they have never come across this before of payments going in the bank account and for me to contact SLC. Feels as if I am just going round in circles but will keep trying to get resolved!

@HMRCcustomers Thanks Sofia, I have already tried to contact SLC on 0300 100 0611 but they couldn’t help. They said on the phone as Hmrc administers all SLC payments I have to contact 0300 200 3200.
