On paper, this is probably the best starting 5 in the NBA, but that all depends on health. I get why LeBron would choose that team, but it’s going to be weird seeing him in a Sixers uniform.
@DanielRPK In universe it makes sense. Peter 1 being the one who’s universe you’re in. Peter 2 being the older of the remaining ones and Peter 3 being the younger of the remaining ones. To viewers, Tobey as Peter 1 makes sense, but in universe it makes sense how they did it.
@MVCHoopsCentral@MVCsports@MVCMadness@MVC_Hoops I’d love Creighton to come back, but that’s not going to happen. They’re in a much better situation in the Big East.
Wichita, on the other hand, would make a ton of sense for both parties to consider a reunion.
@TylerJayAmos As someone who has been to 13 of the last 15 Arch Madnesses, this is just simply a bad change for the league. I don’t love not inviting everyone, but the double byes makes championships in the tournament feel way less earned. It was a perfect tournament as it was.
If there’s one positive from the #ArchMadness news, it’s that the league has successfully united all 11 fan bases in the valley in thinking how monumentally stupid this idea is.
@MVCsports This is a decision that is horrible for the fans and hurts 9 out of 11 teams. I get wanting the best teams to make the NCAA tournament, but we’ve gotten 1-2 plenty of times under the old format. You’re taking the best conference tournament in college basketball and ruining it.
@BlazeBinges Time Force is great, but this one missed the mark for me. I just can’t get past how ridiculous it is to have a battilizer with roller blades.
@Sksj002 “No binge release - weekly rollout killed the hype”
This is the opposite of true. Weekly rollouts are 1000% better than binge releases. Binge releases get interest for maybe a week than it’s on to other stuff. Also, binge releases kill any sense of urgency to watch the show.
@cineviewflix I 1000% prefer weekly releases to binge releases. I don’t have time to watch a full season at once. Binge releases lose all sense of urgency for me. Plus, weekly releases keep the show in discussion for months instead of just at once. There’s no real benefit to a binge release.
@ManaByte I won’t hate the movie because of it , but if Doom isn’t connected to Stark, then there is literally zero reason to cast RDJ in the role. I don’t care if he’s “the best” actor for the part. He was the face of the MCU for a decade. If there’s no connection, use any other actor.
@LeBatardShow@10DayTony@MichaelRyanRuiz Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza look like two religious missionaries sent to Las Vegas to save the city from sin and debauchery.
@connor1035 This is so interesting to read. Keep posting Connor. I love reading and hearing about your experiences. So many fans are viewing the portal and college basketball from an outside perspective. It’s awesome getting to see it from someone who actually has experience.
