Most writers are better at one type of goal over the other, as soon as you find out what kind of writer you are you have to work twice as hard on the other half. So many projects fail because writers only focus on one type of goal and completely ignore the other! Happy writing!

Batman is vengeance (INTERNAL) attacking thugs in the night, but when he must outsmart the Riddler’s puzzles (EXTERNAL) and understands how his actions are perceived, he realizes he must also be a symbol of hope and a guiding light to others (INTERNAL).
