@ODEONHelp I brought 3 tickets for a film today. Sadly one person had to drop out. Is there a way to get a refund or voucher for the unused ticket? Can't seem to so anything like this on the app
Very frustrating call with Shauna @Better_UK, only wanted to move a booking by an hour due to a logistical issue, full availability on the website, but unable to help, no way to speak to centre directly, 24 hour wait for a call back, not the best way to give "customer service"
@JustEatUK the driver has been at the restaurant for 40 minutes now. And delivery is still 30 minutes. I somehow doubt this. But I have no contact or cancellation option. Wondering if I am getting my food?

Total nightmare with @ubereats_uk, different driver and different vehicle. Order wrong and cold. Support are zero help, restaurant are insisting they can't do anything. So I have paid approx. £20 for just some chips.
@UberUKI_Support Hi, WHAT am i getting for a refund, I have asked the chat support 10+ times, and all they is the same message that you gave, if it is the £4 then that needs reviewing as that doesn't cover the missing part of the food. If its the full amount, then sure. But I just want to know!
@UberUKI_Support Hi, Order is #D6726, basically ordered large cod and chips, just got a portion of cold chips. Support on the app have given me a £4 refund, which seems a joke. I expect either a full refund / credit to be fair or a replacement order.

This is why i don't use @Apple products at all. Trialled AppleTV last month, and made sure i immediately cancelled the trial, still charged this month, unable to login as your 2FA kept failing. Spoke to support, just cancelled future charges, so paid for a product i don't use.
@SouthamptonFC your away fans coming home from Norwich today were absolute savages on the Norwich>London train today, kept setting fire alarms off by smoking/vaping, abusing people on board including my wife and child. Hope the rail company ban your fans from future travel.

@PurelyPet what a bonkers process renewing is. Your new price is £45 a month for the same policy. Up 50% year on year. New insurance via comparison site is £25 a month. No changes. Never had an illness or claim so no change for me. But can't be done over the phone.

I remember why I stopped using @UberEats now. 3 orders from 3 different places. 1st was wrong order. 2nd was late (despite paying for priority, never got this fee back) and 3rd is wrong again. How can it be this hard to deliver items.
