@mattpocockuk I built a library very close to this:

It supports that dedent behavior, nested prompt templates, and an advanced input variable config API, but the main feature is the build and runtime type safety
@lgrammel@mattpocockuk@zirkelc_ 100% I built a framework-agnostic prompt-template library to address this by auto-dedenting multi-line prompts. I still hit indentation issues when spaces and tabs mix, but “Toggle Render Whitespace” in VS Code/Cursor helps me check for inconsistencies.

@mjackson I've resolved this a couple times. Both times it had to do with how I structured the generic type parameters. Do you have branch or TypeScript playground to look at?
Since February, I’ve been spending part of my time rewriting TypeScript’s modules documentation, replacing years-outdated content and adding some that’s never been written down. There’s always more to write, but I’m publishing it officially today. 1/5 https://t.co/mtM1Z1TfBj
It's daylight savings time soon!
If you are frustrated or confused by time around the world... I am building an app for people to break the barrier of timezones.
If you are interested chuck me a comment or dm here and I will send you a link to the alpha.
Shopify is standardizing on @rustlang for systems programming, and joining the @rust_foundation. @shaver explains why Rust makes sense for the lowest levels of our stack: https://t.co/GbefjkABAJ

@buildsghost@mattpocockuk@typescript I too got stuck on this while writing types for the Design Tokens Format Module, for a library I'm working on, and ended up diverging from the spec: https://t.co/F66RlD4wNF
After reviewing this thread, I may have landed on an approach that works for me: https://t.co/mDl4nJJMkp
If you’re like me and find it a bit tedious cleaning up code copy/pasted from JSDoc comments, I made a VS Code extension that intelligently copies selections without the leading * stars 🤓 Enjoy!!
