Just go check those exhibits I posted today. Preview of upcoming posts where we switch from focusing on the employer and attorney to the courts. For context, I left at the end of 2014. But there’s the first two which really matter. I have an index that explains why. Can’t believe that the court posted them on the record.
At the end of Part 13, I said the story was about to move from paper to pixels. That is where everything changed... again.
A PDF may show one thing on the page, but the file can also contain other information, in other words, metadata can be a digital fingerprint - Part 14
More details facing an 11 year lawsuit by my former employer.

Umm if it doesn't happen in the most insignificant $37k civil case, then I'm not sure your bar is low enough.
If cranks need a little distraction, feel free to check out my filings that actually got posted for a hearing this afternoon. 49D01-1505-PL-015418 on https://t.co/2fk6RHKXrj all the way at the bottom. And yes, it includes the TR 53.1 denail from Rick's case. It's all a hint as to where we are going on the side quest. About to get to the posts that will interest cranks. https://t.co/x84Wom4gun
But only until the focus needs to be on Rick.
@Amy_K_Nelson@JoyceWhiteVance I care. Maybe that's because I have a court hearing this afternoon to pay even more towards judgment on a contract with my employer that the opposing attorney later admitted never existed. And yes, I caught him on hidden video.

Interesting. If it was text to mobile then someone was spoofing her phone number. Not impossible for general public, but no reason to do for an X account unless they also hacked her email to get to her financial accounts. If only X, then there’s likely someone who specifically wanted to see her private messages. But if that’s all they wanted, why would they do a spam post unless they wanted her to discover she was hacked? Hackers that get past 2FA usually try to hide in the background until financial accounts are wiped out.
If not text 2FA or email previously hacked, but something like an authentication app or token then it’s likely a very serious actor and she needs to lock down devices and possibly change them. Only use VPNs etc.

I'm now cross posting to Blogger if you prefer

In Part 5, I showed an excerpt of hidden video from my June 28, 2017 meeting with Andrew Hull.
At the time, the obvious point was the admission itself.
Valeo’s lead attorney acknowledged that the Compensation Agreement had never been signed, that there was no signed original, and that Valeo did not have signed copies.
That was significant enough.
But after Part 12, that same video should look different.
As will what was said after.
@MattWalshBlog It’s almost like the goalpost was always to enrich those aligned with defense contractors. Any claims are meant to keep us frogs just below the temperature where we will jump out or boil to death.
1) The Amazon campus ends at 0:20
2) It is 15 miles from Lake Michigan. Around here we are literally floating on water that is impossible to use up.
3) I’ve seen, and corrected this same misinformation video multiple times from numerous sources. Someone appears to be trying to change the narrative by manipulating facts.
Not saying that there’s not possible issues- pollution, energy, land values, etc. The new battery plant from 0:20 could also have problems and we hear nothing about it.
@FOX59 Maybe you should put the rest of the story together for readers? Like try real reporting? How profitable is asset seizure at IND based on K-9 units smelling marijuana? Where do those funds go? Who audits to make sure that all the cash is accounted for?
@grok when did Rand Paul first call for an audit of Fort Knox? How many times over the years has he brought it back up? Are there any procedures that he has as a member of Congress to push the issue? What actual procedures has he used? Did his dad also demand an audit and never get one?
@Docs_Delphi@shboogies It’s noon in Indiana, where we convicted an innocent man, let murderers run free, and then passed laws to protect the guilty from prosecution down the road.
