@jakequery It’s unrealistic to expect rival teams to be happy for each other’s accomplishments. It’s more likely for them to gloat in each other’s failures or shortcomings. Purdue fans don’t feel empathy for IUBB’s irrelevance for decades. Doesn’t mean IU fans don’t envy Purdue’s success.
@Paleraider51@itsJebediah I've said that last sentence for the past four years. I'll probably be saying it again next year after injuries or some other excuse bails him out again.
@CFBHome I believe this is a tipping point. College football fans 20 years from now will be like “why did we ever have those meaningless bowl games in half empty stadiums with two 7-5 teams playing their reserves?” It’s going the way of the pro bowl and all-star games: extinction.
@Schultz975@JakeArthurNFL I don’t even have to do that. “It’s on me…look…not good enough…look…injuries…look…still evaluating that…look…gotta find a way” There’s your summary.
@NdMuse I’m 42 and all growing up, all I ever saw on TV was ND football and IU basketball. I literally never considered or thought about ND basketball and IU football existing until I was a teen, but the passion was already there. Same reason I like the Cubs, they were on WGN.
I’ve always seen these blink video fails and laughed hysterically at them and now I get to star in my own. No, I’m not injured, other than my pride. No, it’s not AI. Yes, you can laugh hysterically at me, just like my kids. #epicfail
