Crypto has promised better payments for a decade.
The tech worked. The experience didn’t.

Payments Pulse is a new monthly series on what it actually takes to make crypto payments usable in the real world.

The best marketing is incomplete.😌

Here’s what I mean by that —

If you have to spoon-feed conclusions to your audience, your marketing is probably forced, clunky, and not hitting the spot.

Besides, if people can’t reach their own conclusion about your brand, then you have to repeat the same message 84726 times…

And then HOPE that it sticks. 🤷‍♀️

But there’s a better way.

I’m talking about neuro marketing (as in, neuroscience).

When I worked as a copywriter before crypto, my teacher, who’s considered to be top 3 in the world, drilled into this.

Neuro marketing is when you position your message in such a way, that your audience’s logic naturally reaches a conclusion.

It’s like IT CLICKS for them. 🫰

That way, because they’ve reached their own conclusion, they don’t forget it and you don’t need incessant repetition.

Let me give you an example…

I was sharing a cab with a friend the other day.

And they asked what’s new with @WalletConnect.

So I told them how the WalletConnect Network is on track to power $400 billion worth of transactions by the end of 2025.

And how with WalletConnect Pay, people will soon be able to shop online with crypto as if it’s Apple Pay.

Then my friend went “holy sh*t, that’s a billion-dollar company right there!” 😮

I didn’t have to say anything else.

That was their own conclusion.

So now you see the art of telling a story and the power of working with your audience’s logic.

Shoutout to our CMO @dolcemaschio and Comms Director @0x_Dodd for working their marketing magic. ✨

Hope this inspires you to successfully leverage the subconscious art of storytelling.

in a new era for crypto and a new era for media, i think two of the most interesting projects that people can check out are @FactlandDAO and @OlasProtocol

[aar0n @aarond0dd]

the future of onchain UX is tied to onchain AI. Most of the onchain AI stuff we have seen so far have been v2 meme tokens - still a lot of fun ngl. but looking forward to seeing some true utility come together and make our lives a lot easier. @reown working on something 🙏

Mint it, Print it, Sell it Fuck it

[Mark Cuban @mcuban]

Mint it, Print it, Sell it Fuck it. That is the mantra for the world you are suggesting.

This is the biggest bunch of self serving Bullshit I have ever heard. In your world there is no ownership. Just speculation.

Hello every scam targeted at everyone and anyone who has no clue about crypto

Good bye whatever hope the crypto industry had of legitimizing itself

@garygensler has got to be laughing his ass off.
And the new head of the SEC has got to be pissed. If he believes this nonsense he has no ability to enforce any SEC law. Stock, token. Bond. Nothing

Rather than modifying the IPO process to accept crypto and give investors some understanding of what they are buying .
Any registration requirements just flew out the window.

I’ll say it again.

Mint it, print it, sell it Fuck it. That is the mantra for the world you are suggesting.
