Isaacās 11 Unfailing Secrets of Kingdom & Personal Increase
Text: Genesis 26
1. DEVELOP DEEP INTIMACY WITH GOD
Prioritize prayer, fasting, and the Word.
Genesis 26:2-3
āThe Lord appeared to Isaac and said, āDo not go down to Egypt, but do as I tell you. Live here as a foreigner in this land, and I will be with you and bless you.āā (NLT)
Note: Isaac wasnāt led by circumstances. He was led by Godās voice.
āø»
2. REFUSE A DEFEATIST MINDSET
You canāt be a downer and increase at the same time.
Genesis 26:12
āWhen Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the Lord blessed him.ā (NLT)
Note: Everyone else saw famine. Isaac saw opportunity.
āø»
3. REFUSE TO LET YOUR NATION, CULTURE, OR ECONOMY DETERMINE YOUR LEVEL OF INCREASE
Godās covenant is greater than your environment.
Genesis 26:13-14
āHe became a very rich man, and his wealth continued to grow. He acquired so many flocks of sheep and goats, herds of cattle, and servants that the Philistines became jealous of him.ā (NLT)
Note: Isaac increased so dramatically during a national famine that the people around him became envious. He proved that Godās blessing can cause a person to prosper in conditions that are causing everyone else to struggle.
āø»
4. EMBRACE THE SUPERNATURAL
Increase requires believing beyond what is naturally possible.
Genesis 26:12
āHe harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted.ā (NLT)
Note: A hundredfold harvest in famine is not good businessāit is supernatural intervention.
āø»
5. DONāT BE NARROW IN FOCUS
Work with people outside your circle.
Genesis 26:26-29
āOne day King Abimelech came from Gerar with his adviser, Ahuzzath, and also Phicol, his army commander⦠We can plainly see that the Lord is with you.ā (NLT)
Note: Isaacās influence reached kings, government officials, military leaders, and people outside the covenant.
āø»
6. DECIDE TO DO BIG THINGS
You donāt need faith for what you can do. You need faith for the impossible.
Genesis 26:12
āWhen Isaac planted his crops that yearā¦ā (NLT)
Note: Nobody plants in a famine unless they believe God can do the impossible.
āø»
7. GROW WHATāS IN FRONT OF YOU
Stop waiting for better conditions.
Genesis 26:22
āAbandoning that one, Isaac moved on and dug another well. This time there was no dispute over it, so Isaac named the place Rehoboth (which means āopen spaceā), for he said, āAt last the Lord has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.āā (NLT)
Note: Isaac didnāt complain about the wells he lost. He kept digging until increase manifested.
āø»
8. BE A RADICAL GIVER
Increase follows sacrifice.
Genesis 26:25
āThen Isaac built an altar there and worshiped the Lord. He set up his camp at that place, and his servants dug another well.ā (NLT)
Note: Before he built for himself, he built for God. An altar was a place of sacrifice.
Note: Sowing seed during a famine is radical giving. Everyone else was holding back. Isaac was releasing.
āø»
9. GIVE IN GOOD SOIL
Seed belongs where God directs it.
Genesis 26:2-3
āDo not go down to Egypt, but do as I tell you. Live here as a foreigner in this land, and I will be with you and bless you.ā (NLT)
Note: The harvest was connected to obedience. Isaac sowed exactly where God told him to stay.
āø»
10. GIVE WITH EXPECTATION OF A HARVEST
Expectation is the proof of faith.
Genesis 26:12
āWhen Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the Lord blessed him.ā (NLT)
Note: Isaac didnāt sow hoping. He sowed expecting.
āø»
11. GUARD AND UTILIZE THE POWER OF YOUR CONFESSION
Donāt name your future after your problems.
Genesis 26:22
āAt last the Lord has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.ā (NLT)
Note: After contention, opposition, and setbacks, Isaacās confession remained fixed on increase.
He didnāt say, āThe Philistines are against us.ā
He said, āThe Lord has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.ā
The Most Overlooked Principle in the Kingdom of God?
UNDERSTANDING THE PRECEPT, PECULIARITY, POWER, & PROFITS OF MINISTRY PARTNERSHIP
1. THE PRECEPT OF PARTNERSHIP
Partnership is a biblical pattern. Jesus was supported by followers (Luke 8:1-3), and Paul praised the Philippians for partnering with him (Philippians 4:15-19). š¹It unites senders and goers in advancing Godās work.
Jesus received ministry support from faithful followers who helped advance His mission (Luke 8:1-3).
š¹The Philippians partnered with Paul through giving and shared in the work of the Gospel (Philippians 4:15-19).
š¹Every great Kingdom movement is built by committed partners who make eternal impact beyond their personal reach.
2. THE PECULIARITY OF PARTNERSHIP
True ministry partnership is rare. Many benefit from ministry, but few commit to its vision.
š¹Many people receive from ministry, but only a smaller number choose to actively support its mission.
š¹Genuine partnership requires spiritual discernment, commitment, and alignment with God's vision.
š¹The greatest Kingdom advances are often carried by a dedicated few whose faithfulness produces extraordinary results.
3. THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP
Partnership multiplies ministry impact. United around Godās vision, people accomplish more together than alone.
š¹Strategic partnerships expand the reach of the Gospel to more people and places.
š¹Consistent support provides the resources needed for sustained ministry growth and effectiveness.
š¹When people unite around God's vision, their combined impact creates results far greater than any individual effort alone.
4. THE PROFITS OF PARTNERSHIP
Partnership brings measurable returns, as seen in the life of the Shunammite woman (2 Kings 4; 8), who partnered with God's servant and received remarkable benefits:
š¹She received what money cannot buyāthe miracle of a promised son when she had been barren.
š¹She experienced the resurrection of her son when he died unexpectedly.
š¹She was divinely warned of a coming famine and preserved through prophetic instruction.
š¹She had her land and possessions restored after returning from the famine, receiving divine favor and restitution.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
Fear is not from God. You must walk in faith and boldness, reject fear and follow the Spirit instead of your anxieties.
