A thief used my PayPal Debit Card to make a $645.90 payment to a T-Mobile account ("TMOBILE POSTPAID PDA").
I reported the fraud immediately.
What happened next should concern every consumer.

Fraud claim filed.
Hours spent with T-Mobile.
No investigation.
No meaningful assistance.
Just a policy that requires victims to know information only the fraudster is likely to possess.
Consumers deserve better.

@Rstick18 @SecVetAffairs I added my son and it took one week. I also filed for increase and it was completed with two c&P exams in 27 days and went from 60-100. Perhaps it’s an issue with SD?
