A Company, 5 RIFLES recently ran their version of a Chosen Man event, Apex Rifleman, in the Brecon Beacons. The event ended with an 8-target sword lane, fighting and climbing uphill through a re-entrant with fast-running water to reach the top.

1 RIFLES recently deployed 22 divers to the Red Sea on a scuba expedition. This was conducted on a Liveaboard with @masterliveaboards. The team were able to develop their skills in a challenging environment, diving some of the world’s top sites.

Our Ex FROSTED BLADE team have begun their return back to warmer weather. Some excellent results seeing Sjt Lewis finish 2nd in the Infantry, & Rfn Ward 3rd in the Female Combined team. Rfn Cook and Sjt Lewis now move on to the Div Championship. Swift and Bold!

Today we conducted our Bugle Competition to identify the CO's Bugler. Scoring criteria included, turnout, drill and Bugle calls. Judging was assisted by Col Victoria Reid from @UKinCyprus, The Senior Bugle Major of @RiflesRegiment and Jane Goddard from our local School.
