7/8 Why does this finding matter? Genetics is a driver for a subset of liver disease. Novel therapies may soon be available for liver disease associated with homozygous Z allele carriage; perhaps these drugs may have a role in Pi*Z patients? @VertexPharma @AlphaFriend
