@DVLAgovuk Hi, yes sent back the form with the cut-up license 15 weeks ago. I have checked the status and it still says "In Progress: Awaiting Application Return Form". My last 3 emails from DVLA over the course of 5 weeks have been confirmation emails and nothing else.
