In Ezekiel 34, the Lord rebuked leaders who fed themselves but failed to feed the flock. It’s not that God didn’t want the shepherds to eat, but that He didn’t want the sheep, the people, to be left unfed.
This passage must be taken seriously, because when leaders in the Church neglect the Word, the result is a famine — not of food, but of truth.
God’s heart has always been for His people to be fed.

Jesus warned that vast multitudes within the Christian community would experience something sobering at the end of the age — their love would “wax cold.”
Jesus was describing a cold wind that would blow through the Church, causing believers to cool spiritually, and we’re seeing the effects today.
People no longer gather as they once did. They aren’t as on fire for the Lord as they used to be. They are compromising convictions they once held firmly — adopting new mindsets, becoming more “inclusive,” more “open-minded.”
My friends, it is good to be open-minded — but don’t be so open-minded that your brain falls out.
This is a moment to guard your heart, stay anchored in truth, and keep your spiritual fire burning.
