It looks like Tom Cruise was actually there. Here is the followup video. "I do strive for excellence but I'm just constantly working towards being competent at what I do" - Tom Cruise

What π€―... David Coulthard, Mark Webber and TOM CRUISE farting around in Porsches to Top Gun themes. I know its just a bit of marketing spin but its fun. Also, is Tom actually there? Near the end the other Porsche comes into frame from his view π€ https://t.co/4rontYuj0l
@MartinSLewis I just wanted to say thank you for the work you and the @MoneySavingExp team do but especially your resilience on SM platforms. You seem to get hit by both sides, even when running a nonpartisan poll. I can't imagine how frustrating it is but keep it up.
@JimmyJimmyWin I was re-listening to "Word Gets Around" tonight and stand by my last post... every song is a little story. "Too many sandwiches" will always be one of my favourites.
@JimmyJimmyWin@ToriaTowers "Word Gets Around" is one of the best albums out there, even today. "Performance and Cocktails" is a bit more commercial but no less awesome.
@MartinSLewis A mistake I think people make is thinking that wealth is a zero sum game. The rich don't get richer by taking from the poor. When income exceeds cost of living, people are in a position to invest which is where a lot of "wealth" comes from. Financial education & mobility is key.
I just can't fathom why someone would abuse a dog (or any animal for that matter). It's nice to see that there are good people out there who can heal those wounds... https://t.co/KWUxGwMSie
How the fuck did this get aired on RTE (Irish State Broadcaster). Weekend in Amsterdam by Christy Moore...
"There was hashish there from Pakistan, Morocco, Nepal and the Lebanon"
"There was big dildos, blowup dolls, snap-on tools and hairy balls"

@Yuchan2026 I've very vivid dreams which can be amazing or frightening. Teeth falling out in a dream is normally a sign of anxiety in real life (probably because people grind their teeth when sleeping). Dreams don't always have meaning but this one might be a warning of trusting someone π€
I had one of the weirdest dreams last night. Started great, ended badly. I was on a date and decided to tell her I could fly, she didn't believe me so I picked her up and we flew from the UK, through France, Italy then decided to skip over to Singapore as the sun came up...
@hizaga, I'm a huge fan of Tim Minchin (sometimes send links to @john_qjn that he didn't ask for π). A genius comedic pianist (wrote the music for Matilda the musical). The house band for "Friday nights with Jonathan Ross" were "4 Poofs and a Piano"... https://t.co/xPjQdFQOe4
@JimmyJimmyWin@TheCinesthetic@anLFCfan As a kid, there was one cinema in the nearest town that had 2 screens, literal red carpets. It was a proper event to go to the cinema, so much so I can remember the first movie I was allowed to see by myself and also the movie my parents seen in the other screen.
@PolitlcsUK Gov say global wholesale prices determine UK prices however they could:
1. Cap domestic prices below market rate via Domestic Reservation Policy.
2. Reduce the 78% corp tax on gas producers.
3. Remove the ~15% green levies on domestic bills.
It's not that they can't, they won't.
