@BillHiggins Similar to Microsoft Team, I still need to use “Skype for business” every now and then with clients. Everything is OK until it suddenly isn’t.
The https://t.co/sm7OxxXOaP says “Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.” The problem I’ve found over the years is we rely too heavily on tools for interactions. So when people work in different tools those interactions simply don’t happen.
@johncutlefish I have led a few internal products and the problem I have with “Internal customers” is typically customers have a choice. Often internal products/projects are the only option and there is no marketplace. So I much prefer “internal users.”
@wickedsmahtguy I think it depends on how much snow and where. A couple feet in New England translates into employees can take an hour or two off to plow and the like. An 1/4 inch in Florida… yeah take the whole week off.
Perhaps I should not make coffee in the morning until I have had my morning coffee. Successfully made a mess of the kitchen making coffee. Forgot a piece to my coffee maker causing it go everywhere.

My son has hit the “why” phase where every answer is followed by a “why.” So “why are you driving slow” was followed by “why do they pave the road?” This escalated to me explaining the changing states of matter to a 2 year old. A “why” followed… I just gave up and said “magic”
