This has been my experience almost EXACTLY. Except for @TLBasham2 almost every pastor I knew has ghosted me.

Last summer, when I was forced to resign from our church, several pastor friends said I was always welcome at their church.

I haven't been, and they haven't called or messaged.

I gave so much energy to that world and when I no longer advanced the cause, I was disposable.

Another reminder how terrible @AskFrontier is: I pay $55 for 12mbps internet that is down or spotty multiple times every week. I can't play games, I can barely watch netflix or youtube. Forget about trying to do the kids school stuff online.

The only reason - and I mean ONLY - we have them our internet provider is because there's literally nothing else out here. 10mins South of us and 5 mins north of us both have much better options. But we're in no mans land. Hopefully Elon Musk can provide something better soon.
