Exactly a week ago, I walked across the stage at the Premier University in Ghana 🎓✨ What a journey it has been, filled with growth, lessons, and resilience. Grateful for how far I’ve come and excited for what’s ahead. 🚀🔥
My sincere appreciation to everyone who came out to support Day 1 of the National Clean-Up Exercise.
Led by H.E. President John Dramani Mahama, the first day of the exercise was a resounding success and a strong demonstration of leadership, collective commitment, and our shared responsibility to keep Ghana clean. It was an honour to join the President, residents, volunteers, and stakeholders in this important initiative aimed at creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for all.
The work continues. I encourage everyone to join us for Day 2 as we build on this momentum and continue working together to make our communities cleaner and safer.
Together, through our collective efforts, we can make a lasting difference for our communities and for future generations.

From Nungua Market, I joined staff and officials at Jubilee House as the nationwide clean-up exercise continued, reinforcing the message that environmental responsibility begins with each of us and must be demonstrated wherever we are.
I was encouraged by the enthusiasm and commitment shown by everyone who participated. I took the opportunity to emphasise that maintaining a clean environment should not be a one-time activity but a sustained national habit.
I expressed my appreciation to all those who answered the President’s call and participated in today’s exercise. Let us maintain this spirit of collective responsibility beyond today by keeping our surroundings clean, protecting our drainage systems, and working together to prevent future flooding. A cleaner Ghana requires a sustained commitment from Government, institutions, communities, and every citizen.
Earlier today, I joined the dedicated men and women of the Ghana Armed Forces, alongside staff of the Ministries of Defence and Finance, for the first day of the National Cleaning Exercise.
Together, let’s keep the momentum going by actively participating in the second day of this important national effort.
A cleaner Ghana begins with each of us.
I would like to thank all my staff for participating in the President’s directive to keep Ghana clean. Together, let’s continue to build a better nation for our country.
The National General Cleaning Exercise started this morning, H.E. @NJOAgyemang participating in clean-up activities at the Nungua Market and around the Presidential precincts. H. E @JDMahama is expected to join the nationwide exercise at various places within the Accra Metropolis to reaffirm the Government’s commitment to environmental sanitation and shared civic responsibility.
