Sep '20 @AirFranceUS promised that I could claim a reimbursement on the fare within one year. Today they offered to reimburse the "base fare," but over 50% of the fare is a non-reimbursable "Carrier Surcharge" (also theirs). Best you can do for your customers @AirFranceUS?
