@amikokauderer It look me many dough trials but a great 72 hr cold proofed dough at high hydration and some practice with the launching!
Eventually started getting lovely light, great flavoured, airy Neapolitan pizzas with “leapording” on the crust 👌

So worth the persistence! 🍕👍

1. Build the pizza one at a time just before cooking. The longer you have them made like this the harder it may be to launch
2. Try and keep sauce and toppings as light as poss
3. Wiggle test before launch, if It sticking don’t even try to put in oven
