1. Bobby wasn't a Klopp signing so that's €41m off.

2. The total amount is €699.5m. "Near €1bn" though, nearer €500m but sure.

3. It also doesn't factor in sales, which since Klopp arrived(2015), is €550.95m

That maths and about 15 transfer windows makes the net spent of €148.55m average at €10m per transfer window net spent.
