I like my movies like I like my coffee. Bad.

@goldenkey112 For the homeless, the lonely, and the unemployed. May the Lord Jesus move those around them to pour out His mercy and love upon them.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

“The Master has need of it.” How much more does the Master have need of us? Will we answer His call to give all of ourselves and follow Him into Jerusalem? Will we flee and deny Him when it comes to the test? Will we fall at the foot of the Cross and be reborn?

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

Lord Jesus, I come to you. Sinful and sorrowful. My heart groans, my bones ache. I am nothing but a creeping creature on this beautiful world you have made. Forgive me. Make my heart a fitting place for you. I am not worthy of your grace, yet I pray for it.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@chicago_co37632 That I, sinful as I am, can help my brother come back to the Church. That God may bless all those coming into the Church on Easter.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@UcheMaryOkoli Jesus stands at the tomb of my soul. He cries for me to come out! He tells my priests to take the bindings off my hands and feet and set me free. Our Lord weeps for us in our anguish.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@Vitus_osst Jesus, present and alive among us. Sacrificed but living. Broken to make us whole.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@TaylorRMarshall Yes. My brother, who is new to the Church, asked about it and I had to kind of stumble and say it was to “fast against the beauty of the icons” and intensify the Lenten experience as we drew closer to the Passion. Hopefully that was right.

@yhbryankimiq “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@chicago_co37632 All the people that have passed on from our lives are not gone. They are always in our peripheral vision, always watching and praying for us as we go on with our lives, remembering and praying for them. In God’s eternal love, all will one day be united.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@heavensbvnny Write yourself a story, with you as the hero. Take your best attributes and make them your “super powers”. Whenever you feel inadequate or beneath a situation, remember your story and your super powers!

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@ChristIsComing5 I have a hard time remembering the Act of Contrition, so I often end up just saying “Lord Jesus Christ, only Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner.” I like to think that’s all God really requires. Have faith, and do not worry.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@ThePChris Matthew. Read the Gospels in order. The Word on Fire gospels bible is a great choice, since it provides essays from the Church fathers and exegesis from biblical scholars to help with tough passages.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@Zo_bo_fo_sho For the homeless, the lonely, and the unemployed. May the Love of God and His provision bear them out of despair and despondency.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@CatholicQuote12 Nothing brings me to my knees like the Divine Mercy Chaplet. It is a light unto my path. Jesus is an ocean of mercy we cannot fathom.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@Faithful2Pray "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@Lush_Beauty1 Ha ha. “Man makes plans and God laughs.” The very counter culture nature of Jesus makes the things of this world topsy turvy to how the Kingdom of God wants us to be. Do not be afraid. Follow Jesus with your whole heart and He will show you the way.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@TheRich_Gospel “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@JesusSavesUs777 Peter. He tried so hard to be the perfect apostle, but he always fell short. He knew who Jesus was and his bare honesty reflected his faith, but he often lost hope and looked away. Lo and behold, he became our first Pope and holds the keys to Heaven. Ora pro nobis.

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@cessadelove1 “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

[A A Ron @aaronvps]

@SkyVirginSon Christ was nailed for me. His holy body was broken for my sins.
