@ADHD_Alien This sucks and so does the flipside. Only hyperfixating on things like games or reading things im interested in. WFH is hard. As much as i like facets of it. Boring projects repeatedly, no structure. I spend an hour on my phone while screaming internally at myself to focus/work

@ADHD_Alien I get the important chores done by making it a rigid habit because they break so easy. Wash prep dishes whilst cooking and my plate right after. Laundry when the bag is full. Clean my bathroom every second sunday which leads to doing everything else because Im in the zone
