Tira Order 5 days overdue. Blue Dart marked it 'refused' when nobody called, nobody rang. Package is sitting IN MY CITY. 4 agents, 3 tickets, zero answers.

This is a pattern, barely 50% of the orders have arrived on time. Zero such issues with @MyNykaa . With the backing Tira has, this is an embarrassment.

@LGIndia bought new fridge on 14Aug.Delivered faulty piece,worst customer care service& distributor service,just passing calls to different person&forcing 2 cancel request.denying replacement where as complaint status on portal clearly mentions "pending for replacement"

If some service goes wrong you provide options to your customer. Not ask them to do one and only thing. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour.

I had gotten my bike servicing dn frm go bumper, within a week my bike broke dwn, when askd fr a resolution only resubmission ws offered This is not a viable choice, not a choice altogether. Dont trust them Poor service by both garage and the customer care

@thesouledstore last month I ordered a jacket, received tshirts. Returned under the reason "wrong items received". Now the customer support is telling me that I returned tshirts instead of jacket so they won't process my refund.
