This is what journalists with ethics, integrity and even an elementary understanding of international law will call an illegal invasion and occupation.

As I’ve stated before, this was never about Hezbollah or security. This is a land and resources grab, decades in the making. Israel has not stopped the attacks, and as I type this, there is an armed Israeli drone buzzing over the city.

I sincerely hope to see my colleagues, especially the ones with correspondents based in Beirut (I’m looking at you @BBC @NPR @IrishTimes @Reuters ) who have been in the field witnessing the acts of genocide committed by the Israeli army, just like I have, finally call this out for what it is.
