ગુજરાત પોલીસ દ્વારા હ્યુમન ટ્રાફિકિંગ (માનવ તસ્કરી), ભિક્ષાવૃત્તિ અને બાળ મજૂરીના દુષણમાંથી મુક્ત કરાવાયેલા નિર્દોષ બાળકોના જીવનમાં આજે પ્રકાશ પુંજનો ઉદય થયો છે.

​આ તમામ બાળકોને અમદાવાદની થલતેજ અનુપમ સ્માર્ટ પ્રાથમિક શાળા ખાતે કાયદેસર પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરી આદરપૂર્વક શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ કરાવ્યો. જે હાથોમાં ક્યારેક મજૂરીનું ભારણ હતું, જે હાથોમાં ભિક્ષાનું પાત્ર હતું, આજે તે હાથોમાં તેમના ભાગ્યને બદલનાર વિદ્યા એટલે કે પુસ્તકો અને કલમ આવ્યા છે.

પોલીસ વિભાગની આ માનવીય અને સંવેદનશીલ કામગીરી ખરેખર હૃદયસ્પર્શી છે. ગુજરાત પોલીસ, શિક્ષણ વિભાગ અને અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના આ સંયુક્ત પ્રયાસોને બિરદાવું છું. રાજ્ય સરકાર કાયદાના કડક અમલ સાથે આવા વંચિત બાળકોના પુનર્વસન માટે સતત કાર્યરત છે.
