Aashish

I am nothing more than a speck and nothing less than a universe.

“Mon urechhe, uruk na re…”

“My heart has taken wing—let it fly.”

I was reminded of these lines from Tagore while reading Mridula Garg’s Hari Bindi.

A woman. A day to herself. A green bindi.

O Indweller of my heart, cause my inner self to blossom.
Make it pure, make it radiant, and make it beautiful.
Awaken me, inspire me to action, and make me entirely fearless.
Bless me with well-being, free me from laziness, and dissolve all my doubts.

Emni korei jaay jodi din, jaak na. Mon urechhe, uruk na re. Mele diye gaaner paakhna.
If the day must drift away like this, let it be, My heart has taken wing—let it fly free, Spreading wide the feathers of melody, Today my soul spills over in singing ecstasy.

Once I fled the sorrow of my youth, but when it returned, I found it transformed—no longer a storm to endure, but a quiet light to wear.

@RedTapeindia Redtape customer service is absent. No response on email. No answer on their phone. No one on twitter. Its ridiculous

[Aashish @aasingla]

@RedTapeindia anyone out there? Your customer care phone number doesn't work. Your cs email doesn't respond. Your twitter handle seems unattended. Is it for real?

[Aashish @aasingla]

@RedTapeindia can someone respond to my email to your customer service with subject: [Replacement Req as wrong order delivered] Re: Order #RTL323090 confirmed

@Uber_India i have been scammed by the fake screen issue by your driver. He dropped me from airport to station, showed me a screen with bloated amount and after he left, i saw my ride hadnt even started. He cancelled it then. Please take action

@Cleartrip Thats like a joke. How many times?

[Aashish @aasingla]

@Cleartrip Deleting Cleartrip today from my devices. Waited quite a bit and learnt that this company has no ethos @Cleartrip

[Aashish @aasingla]

@Cleartrip Alert !! I was made to wait for the bus for 3 hours post midnight on the Dhaulakuan road pillar number 6. I stood there like a fool from 00.00 to 3.00 am, called up driver and cleartrip support multiple times and bus never came.. [1/3]

[Aashish @aasingla]

@flipkartsupport @summy117 I would be curious here. Cleartrip has been sitting on my case for months now and has turned fully unresponsive. Empires have fallen and yet businesses have not learnt from the history. I have Deleted Cleartrip today from my devices. Good luck @Cleartrip

[Aashish @aasingla]

@Cleartrip I have uninstalled cleartrip from my device and you have lost a customer. In today's world, please remember that the user has choices and if you will give them unfair treatment, they will simply walk away from you. #wakeup

[Aashish @aasingla]

Fraud alert @Cleartrip Shun their bus services as they dont pick up passengers, leave them stranded midnight on road and then dont respond empathetically to their grievances #JaagoBharat

@BhavnishGupta2 @Cleartrip @CT0978937540771 @ConsumerReports @jagograhakjago Good luck if they really help. My experience with cleartrip support has been pathetic as they just keep parroting same lines and dont resolve things

[Aashish @aasingla]

Cleartrip asked me for alternate tkt that i furnished. I also gave details of uber that i took from same boarding point at 3am. Gave screenshot of whatsapp (attached) but they still deny that i was at the location. More than my money, its the trauma [2/3]

[Aashish @aasingla]

@Cleartrip Please repost as it could happen to anyone of you and its a safety risk to book such buses from cleartrip when they own no accountability at all and tell blatant lies to their customers in this digital age where transparency is core value #jaagograhak[3/3]
