Can you please review this? This is how the customer support is resolving queries. By copy pasting the same response. They're not even reading the issue. Around a 100 days for a refund that was supposed to be credited within 7 days. I will be filing a complaint. Shame!

@JioCare Your 7 fake working days have turned to three months. Resolved and earliest are two words you shouldn't use.

@jioc Pls nobody ever take any service from Jio. U will spend so much of your time and efforts to get your own money back. They don't account for the wasted time at all. Been on multiple calls with customer care and same thing- 7 fake working days in which the amount will be credited
