@mybmc This is near Gajanan Maharaj Mandir, Unnat Nagar 3, Goregaon West. Contractors working here have cut electricity three times this week without any prior notice. Each time, the electricity lines are damaged during their work. How can such repeated carelessness continue with no regard for residents? Please look into this urgently.

@Zoomcar_India Attaching the screenshot of the chat here where the host has cancelled and suddenly post 25th it says trip completed. I was not in the country so could not help them then but this is utterly ridiculous that someone tries to cheat people like this @Zoomcar_India

@Zoomcar_India Let alone the fact that they had to arrange another car, the zoom app constantly asks for review of the trip and the hosts has also rated the passenger. How is all this possible without the trip actually happening .

The trip was fully paid in advance and the host apparently has marked the trip as complete and no one from zoom car helpline since then has actually helped them. Can someone from @Zoomcar_India urgently reach out to me so i can help them get the refund.

@Zoomcar_India Scam around bookings:
My father in law had booked a zoom car to travel over the on 25th dec upto 27th. The booking id is JPSNOONHS. The host cancelled the booking at 12am on 25th dec and told them the car is not available.
