Only about 5% of $SPCX shares are currently available for trading, meaning the market is still operating with a very limited float.

That changes starting August 6, when 20% of shares unlock following earnings. Another 10% becomes eligible to trade if the stock remains above $175, with an additional 7% unlocking around August 21 and again on September 10.

These staggered unlocks will significantly increase the supply of tradable shares and could lead to much higher volatility as early investors, employees, and institutions gain the ability to sell.

The current price has been established in a tightly constrained market. The real test begins once liquidity expands and the market has to absorb a much larger volume of shares.

August 6 is where true price discovery starts.
