@bouncepingpong Your website showed the times below until I told a member of your team who bluntly informed me that it opened at 4pm. I travelled for almost an hour with a group of 4 people in the hope to play a few games while it was quiet but had to turn back - not the best level of service.

@cineworld @KaalaMovie We look over to the staff member who made the mistake to find him laughing with another colleague! We eventually receive a refund after a few times of asking and left the place completely unsatisfied with the service and attitude of some of your staff.
