@withpronto @jagograhakjago Your customer service team is utterly stupid. They are parrots repeating same thing on call to refer cancellation policy and have no answer on your fraud app charging full fees while cancelling the service. You should refund me. There is no more communication needed.

@withpronto @jagograhakjago I missed call once. Tried the same number mutliple times, its either busy or nobody picks up. Kindly call 5pm IST. I would simply be happy if you could refund me money on this case. Not really happy your team is unable to decide and help out here quickly.

@withpronto @jagograhakjago Where is resolution in this ? You did not make your customer aware during cancellation and took whole amount. @jagograhakjago should look into their cancellation policy which is fraudent and unfair by all means

@withpronto Your support team just cut conversation in between and went away without resolving this. None of the businesses like UC, Ola,Uber,zomato,swiggy charges full amount on cancellation. This is pure fraudulent practices to fleece customers. @jagograhakjago should look into there T&C.

Refund my money. It was not mentioned in app while cancelling that full amount will be deducted. Even partner was not assigned when I cancelled. There is no reason to fleece customer with full booking amount. I never accepted T&C explicitly.

@JioCare Pathetic services by jio fiber technicians. The guy called me at random time and did not even wait for scheduled service and said that he is leaving town, when I said I am going to complain- he said go ahead. No one to talk to raise complaint.
