The rehab center is in a state of utter despair—20 clients crammed into spaces meant for 10, with only one filthy toilet. When it rains, the ceilings leak, and the place is infested with bed bugs and mosquitoes. This is not just poor management; it's a humanitarian crisis.

The gov allocated only MVR 6M for rehab this year, yet this is the living nightmare clients are forced to endure. At the same time, they spent MVR 4.8M on a stage at Alimas Carnival.
