@amazonIN my sad saga continues, your delivery guys calls just to show they attempted delivery and once the call is answered they disconnect the call. After my last attempt in buying a laptop on last friday (3rd nov) , it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday…

@AmazonHelp Swetha as i said i did contact your social media team, recd calls and made calls, it was escalated every single day for lst 7 days and no resolution has come out of it .. every single guy asked me to send them feedback on resolution when no one has provided one.

@amazonIN @JeffBezos @AmazonHelp Now I’m frustrated, irritated and angry at this attitude of your delivery guys. My view as a prime customer of amazon has gone down to pits. Maybe @jagograhakjago should look at such cases, there definitely might be many such cases.
