Dear @SouthwestAir, very disappointing customer service towards a credit card holder and long time loyal customer. Three canceled flights during the Christmas/New Year's debacle caused us to miss Christmas with family. On the third cancelled flight we were offered $1200 vouchers

apiece to take a later flight, only to have that offer rescinded as the flight was being cancelled. Filed a claim with customer service the first week in January...just got a call back today, claim denied. Not asking for the world here, only looking for SW to make things right
