If they don't want people to take law into their hands, they should do their job effectively.
@SethFromColombo @berard_xavier Among the SAARC nations, only Nepal had legally maintained its sovereignity to some extent through extensive negotiations. Bhutan had accepted British suzerainity over it's foreign affairs.
All others were part of British Raj.

But I also have the full right to judge you for your stupidity, intentional or innocent. And I can choose how to treat you thereon.

Normal people don't profit from any of these.
