Thinking about taking your products beyond Nigeria?
Before you start shipping, there are some important registrations and documents you need to have in place. 👉
Governor Alex Otti proudly shows off his shoe and says, “This is Aba Made!” 🇳🇬👏
Many thought the shoe was foreign-made until they saw the words “Aba Naija Made” written on it.
A proud moment for Made-in-Aba products and a reminder of the quality and creativity.
Many businesses want to grow, but few understand who they’re really serving.
If you try to sell to everyone, you end up connecting with no one.
Every thriving business understands one truth. Growth begins with clarity — knowing your customer.
Congratulations to us! 🇳🇬🇸🇱

Export Readiness Update
Another milestone worth celebrating! 🎉
We're excited to share that two of our cohort businesses have successfully secured approvals from the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), an important step towards building an export-ready brand.
Have you ever initiated a particular project in your mind or be part of a team for a certain project that ends up failing even before any major work is done?
Have you ever wondered why it happens?
Most projects don't fail because the team is incompetent/lazy.
They fail because everyone is solving a different problem.
One person thinks the goal is to increase revenue, another thinks it's to launch a new product, someone else is focused on reducing operational costs, the developers build what they understand, marketing promotes what they were told, leadership expects something entirely different, etc.
Months later, deadlines are missed, budgets are exceeded, and fingers start pointing.
But the real problem started long before the first task was assigned.
It started because there was no PROJECT CHARTER.
I recently worked on a Project Charter for an AI startup, @Aikidotcom founded by @TechnicalBben and it reminded me why this document is often overlooked but incredibly important.
Before a single task was assigned, we answered the questions that determine whether a project succeeds or struggles:
✔️ Why does this project exist?
✔️ What problem are we solving?
✔️ What does success actually look like?
✔️ Who owns what?
✔️ What are our milestones?
✔️ What are the biggest risks?
✔️ Which KPIs will tell us we're on track?
Suddenly, the project wasn't just an exciting idea.
It had purpose.
It had boundaries.
It had accountability.
It had measurable outcomes.
This is what many organizations miss.
A Project Charter isn't paperwork. It's alignment.
It ensures everyone is working toward the same outcome before execution begins.
If you're a founder/builder finding it hard in navigating around a particular project and you're interested to try this, kindly send a DM and let's help you structure your project properly from start to finish.
