@dr_tobe#Comms4Cons when you’re working in ggplot trying to do your MSc assessment and Rstudio takes some psychedelic drugs ‘cause it’s lock down and it just don’t care.
So, I work in a vets and someone brought me a hatching egg they found on the road. It was cold but after warming in my bra, it sprung into life! I made a TikTok of the hatching if you would like to see 🙂

Anyone else really sceptical about every paper they have ever read after Thursdays lecture? #Comms4Cons Will certainly make me cross reference my work from now on.
So sad to see all these cigarette butts. Fellow students at #ARU, get a grip! Please don’t litter, it’s SO gross! Why is it acceptable to litter these without any repercussions? #Comms4Cons
@CharlotteLAshby I don’t know how you would get the ethics for it! All I know is that I encounter a lot of people with depression and anxiety, moreso in the last decade. And I can help but think it’s linked!
#Comms4Cons after the seminar today, it got me thinking. If the gut/brain axis is a model to base this on then would the ingestion of nanoplastics inhibit the functions of a healthy gut and explain why modern humans are predisposed to so many mental health ailments? Thoughts?
https://t.co/My1IYdl1Jd Infanticide is SO common with large carnivores. Males don’t kill cubs for food, they kill them to eliminate other males genetics and to bring the female into heat again. Misleading! #Comms4Cons
https://t.co/My1IYdl1Jd urgh- this “article” is SO frustrating! I would have bought into it if it wasn’t for Doug’s lecture. Also the photograph- is that meant to imply a polar bear killing and eating another polar bear- doesn’t look that way to me!!! #Comms4Cons
