Allah has 99 Names.
He used 98 of them throughout the Qur’an to describe His attributes
But there is a Name mentioned only once in the entire Qur’an.
And it is the strongest weapon against anxiety ever revealed.
The Day of Arafah is here.
And Allah is listening.
Not just to the perfect words.
Not just to the ones with fluent Arabic.
Not just to the ones who feel ready.
To you. Exactly as you are.
Right now.
Open this post. Pick any dua.
Say it with your whole heart.
That's enough. 🤍

There are moments in life… when nothing makes sense… when every door feels closed…
And you feel like… this is impossible. But what you call impossible…
Allah calls “Be… and it is.”
1️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 🌊
La ilaha illa anta, subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen
Repeat it… slowly… deeply… especially in sujood.
This was the dua of Yunus (AS)… from the darkness of the whale.
2️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 💔
Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa
Say it when overwhelmed…
Short… simple… but it carries complete trust in Allah.
3️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 🤲
Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer
Say it with humility…
You’re not asking as someone deserving… but as someone in need.
4️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 🌿
Wa man yattaqillaha yaj’al lahu makhraja
Allah promises a way out… even when you can’t see one.
𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑆𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐼𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑏𝑙𝑒 🌙: Zakariya (AS)… old… with no child… Yet he made this dua:
رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
Rabbi la tadharni fardan wa anta khayrul-warithin.
“My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while You are the best of inheritors.”
And Allah gave him Yahya (AS).
He didn’t look at reality… He looked at the One who controls it.
If you have a specific, “𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆” need, perform 𝑻𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒋𝒋𝒖𝒅 :
☑ Perform Wudu perfectly.
☑ Pray 2 Rak’ahs of voluntary prayer.
☑ Praise Allah, send Salawat upon the Prophet (SAW), and then ask for your specific miracle with absolute conviction.
☑ 𝑻𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒋𝒋𝒖𝒅: The 1/3rd of the night is when Allah descends to the lowest heaven asking, “Who is asking of Me, so I may give him?”
☑ 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑰𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒇𝒂𝒓: Sometimes our sins act as a barrier. Constantly saying Astaghfirullah opens doors you didn’t even know existed.
☑ Certainty (Yaqeen): Never say “I’ll try and see if it works.” Ask with the certainty that Allah says “Be” and it is.
𝐹𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑅𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟 🤍: Don’t say: “I’ll try…” Say: “Allah will answer.”

You’re making du’a…
but something still feels stuck.
What if it’s not about doing more
but removing what’s blocking your barakah?
Some sins don’t look “big”…
but they slowly affect everything:
your time, your peace, your rizq.
1. Delaying Salah
2. Neglecting Salah Completely
3. Earning or Consuming Haram Income
4. Lying (Even Small Lies)
5. Backbiting (Ghibah)
6. Watching or Listening to Haram
7. Wasting Time on Meaningless Things
8. Breaking Family Ties (Silat ar-Rahim)
9. Disrespecting Parents
10. Holding Onto Pride (Kibr)
11. Envy (Hasad)
12. Not Giving Charity (Sadaqah)
13. Being Ungrateful
14. Engaging in Interest (Riba)
15. Gossiping and Spreading Rumors
16. Not Fulfilling Promises
17. Cheating or Being Dishonest in Work
18. Showing Off (Riya)
19. Ignoring the Qur’an
20. Not Making Tawbah (Repentance)
And the hardest part?
We get used to them.
This is your reminder to pause.
Reflect.
Realign.
Because one sincere change
can shift your entire life.
Apa pengajarannya buat kita?
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Verily, no Muslim ever makes duʿāʾ for anything with [the duʿāʾ of Yūnus عليه السلام], except Allāh responds to them”
[Tirmidhī: 3505]
[Lā ʾilāha ʾillā ʾanta subḥānaka ʾinnī kuntu mina ẓ-ẓālimīn]
There is no god except You, glorified are you! I have indeed been among the wrongdoers.
Who is Allāh? ☝️🏽
He is Allāh - there is no god worthy of worship except Him: Knower of the seen and unseen.
He is the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. He is Allāh - there is no god except Him: the King, the Most Holy, the All-Perfect, the Source of Serenity, the Watcher of all, the Almighty, the Supreme in Might, the Majestic. Glorified is Allah far above what they associate with Him in worship!
He is Allāh: the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. He alone has the Most Beautiful Names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth constantly glorifies Him. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise.
[Sūrah al-Ḥashr, Verse 22-24]
And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble those who are certain that they will meet their Lord and to Him they will return.
