And shouldn't they be sued for malpractice if they sell cannabis to someone who subsequently becomes psychotic?

@AaronBastani A big contributor, IMO, was the UK introduction of Vape products/shops as a substitute for cigarettes. These plastic devices encourage use of psychoactive substances, such as Delta 8 THC, which can cause psychosis. Their manufacture and disposal also wreck the environment.
