Cyber Police J&K cautions all media organizations and the general public to refrain from sharing, publishing, forwarding, or circulating such content on any platform.

Dissemination of such material may hamper ongoing investigations, compromise public security, and attract legal action under the relevant provisions of law. Strict action shall be taken against violators.

The last time I was in Pahalgam I cycled through a market that was all but deserted. Today I came back to a Pahalgam that was bustling with activity. Tourists from various parts of the country competed for space with local picnickers who were enjoying the cool climate & rainy weather. It’s very satisfying to see the efforts my colleagues & I have been putting in slowly bearing fruit.

Gondola is a big attraction where there is a footfall 3,000-5,000 on a daily basis, otherwise, there have always been deployment of police, army, CRPF. Nonetheless, because of the heightened security concerns, we are vigilant. So far there have been no concerns, but in case something comes, we will take care of that. We are ready."
