@KotakCares hey, I have done full video kyc but, i didn't receive any confirmation message and also kotak app is saying me to do full kyc that I already done, also cannot transfer funds due to this
@OfficialSBICare I tried withdrawing ₹5000 using YONO SBI cardless withdrawal, but the ATM showed “server unavailable, please try again later.” The cash wasn’t dispensed, yet the amount has been deducted from my account. Please look into this urgently and reverse the transaction
