CSS itself a scam. It has destroyed all professions and state Institutions.

Most of CSS/PMS academies are scam. Just money minting thugs. They mostly sell fear amongst the aspirants to market their brand. Aspirants do continue to ask that which academy should they opt for prep.
Better to go for individual coaching & remember Google is ur best teacher.
