Funny reading @Delta statement in today’s @nytimes about how it’s working tirelessly to care for customers. Over 4 hours on hold on phone. No chat support. Not able to get answers about a flight on different carrier. Two extra days in a hotel, paying for rental car & meals.

Whether in your 40s or 60s, getting a #Cancer diagnosis is scary. Surgery takes time to recover from. Telling your children, whether they be young or adults, is difficult. Grant #PrincessCatherine her privacy & offer up prayers to all of us going through treatment.

Got to witness the debut of a playwright, @SopanDeb, at @NYStageandFilm at @Marist. The winning show, under the direction of #tripcullman, gave us an opportunity to witness a talent to keep an eye on. Congrats to all involved.
