@k2stoopkid it's kind of a pain in the ass because you still have to put the rent amount into escrow with the court but you could tell your LL you're gonna do that if they don't get it fixed

@k2stoopkid if your heat isn't fixed in a "reasonable" time you can withold your rent. i think in ohio for an emergency like heat it's 5 days from your original notice to the LL of the problem
