@CrossCountryUK The fare just seems extortionate for a 45 minute journey and not in line with the fares in the region - this isn't London.

@CrossCountryUK I am aware of that. I'd like to know why a return from Cheltenham is £40 and the next town up (Bromsgrove) is £12. Hardly seems fair especially as the service is very rarely on time.. I'm currently going about 10 miles an hour trying to get home.
