New baby Grarmy... Gramarmy... Gr-... ... ... New baby ARMY incoming!
Get ready to fight xenophobia, politicians, the music industry, shady media, etc, and random people who don't know we’re a criminal organisation.
Stadium after stadium sold out. Worldwide.
Hundreds of thousands of fans singing. In Korean. Regardless of nationality.
A gilded gramophone? Meaningless.
Traditional Arirang at each concert, crescendoing up, out, & beyond, ARMY as one voice? Priceless.
You can't fake Impact.
ARMY we will NOT allow the @RecordingAcad or anyone to reframe the narrative or direct the storyline. There is no letting them "get ahead of it." Continue being loud. Continue speaking truth. We are called ARMY for a reason.
ARMY who are set to see BTS on tour, you'll let them know that we fully support them and love their music for what it is, right? And you'll sing Arirang so loudly that they'll be shocked at the volume? And will you have an #ArtHasNoAliens sign? I knew you would! Thank you! 🥹💜
Yoongi wearing in front of the whole world after calling out the Grammys a misfit skull logo shirt which is a symbol of anti-establishment rebellion and a universal sign of belonging to the underground and rejecting corporate music norms reminded me when seokjin back in 2018 in front the whole kpop industry wore the shirt of Dead Kennedys (S under the tie), the punk band famous for calling out the payola and corruption in the music industry.
OH BTS THE ARTISTS YOU ARE 🥹
All seven BTS members stand united in their decision not to submit to the Grammys this year. ✊
"We’ve decided not to submit our work for this year’s Grammy Awards. We hope music will be recognized and loved for what it is, rather than being divided by region or language. Thank you, as always, to ARMY and everyone who supports us." 🔥
You can clearly see Hobi’s mic failing at the beginning of FYA so he gives it to the staff and he basically just vibes mic-less but the part that stands out is you can see Hobi doing some quick decision making bc his verse is coming up.. you can see he contemplates Namjoon for a second but Namjoon is still rapping so with an immediate game plan he skips towards Jin.
Jin, who didn’t need anything beyond a brief gesture from Hobi hands his mic over. No fuss, no show of technical issues. They just keep the segment moving as if it was some spontaneous choreo, Jin hyping hobi.
Hobi still is without a mic at the thrust stage but again doesn’t make it a thing. He hypes the crowd. Throws water. Dances. Gets his white mic, goes back to singing like nothing.
And then you have sweet Jin asking if hobi needs his mic despite the line following yoongi’s verse is his own.
Complete, raw teamwork and camaraderie.
Gorgeous right?? The way it was seamless unless you were watching and paying attention to the details. Bc otherwise, no one would’ve known.
That’s showmanship. That’s 2seok’s 13 years of practicing and performing together. That’s Hoseok’s professionalism running through his veins as naturally as blood. And that’s Bangtan’s diligence and discipline instilled in them from day 1.
They’ve never been the kind to let anything hinder them from giving their all. Not injuries. Not wardrobe mishaps. Not even technical hiccups.
That’s BTS.
when sudden realisation hits that youth is never coming back but bts will always bring it through their new eras to keep the nostalgia alive to remind us youth is in the moments we live.
So @btschartdata was in the crowd for the first ever performance of louder than bombs live and I think that’s bangtans way of thanking him for all that he does for this fandom. We don’t say it enough but thank you BCD u’ve been a backbone! 🧡
